Why is my Codex reset card missing?
Editorially updated · Independent guide
Start with your official account screen and the exact announcement. A missing banked reset can only be diagnosed against the terms of that offer and your account state. This site cannot read your reward balance or issue a reset card.
A useful support note
Include the affected product, plan, workspace type, the offer date and what the usage screen currently shows. Remove email addresses, tokens and unrelated chat content from screenshots. That is more actionable than reporting only that other users received a reset.
What to do
- Confirm the account and workspace match the ones covered by the offer.
- Open the original announcement and compare its audience and dates with the offer shown in your account.
- Check available, used and expired rewards wherever the official interface exposes them.
- If the offer should apply but is still missing, contact official support with the announcement URL and a redacted account screenshot.
Scope & exceptions
- Avoid treating a global-reset post as a promise to deliver a banked card.
- Never give a third-party tracker your password, session cookie or API key to claim a benefit.
